In the build-out of Felice’s Roman Style Pizza, we were able to guide the client in making decisions regarding the build-out of the space as it related to the City of Chicago’s health code requirements. The build-out included a dining area complete with seating for 30 as well as the entire kitchen prep area and employee office. This project was a success as it came in under budget and on time.
