Eiesland Builders
Founded in the early 1950’s on the principles of honor and respect, Eiesland Builders quickly became a trusted contractor in the North Shore community. Since 1988, Arvid Eiesland, has been at the helm, continuing the tradition of building high-end estates and luxury homes. Three generations of Eiesland’s have continued to add to the rich architecture and landscape of the Chicagoland area. Built on the core values of integrity, trust, and quality, the firm has established a solid reputation in the Chicagoland area that is unsurpassed, all while constructing hundreds of homes, custom millwork, cabinetry, and furniture.
Oak + Mend
O+M planted roots in Chicago after founder Alissa Cardone, moved on from an all-female led/owned design and development firm she helped create to start her own brand. Her passion for design and renovation began at an early age in Ohio, where her parents renovated a century home in the Arts & Crafts bungalow style of architecture. Whether it's a new construction, renovation, or an interior design project, Oak + Mend meticulously focuses on attention to detail, fostering sincere connections, and providing harmonious organization from start to finish. Oak + Mend’s purpose is found in creating curated experiences, breathing new life into any space, and cultivating a true sense of home.
Tinker & Chance
Founded by childhood friends, Patrick Chappell and Jonathan Ferrera, T&C focused on real estate development, new builds and construction management. Experience, approachability, attention to detail, and customer service gained Tinker & Chance a repeat roster of remarkable clientele. Over the years, their team built strong relationships, developed, or rehabbed over 400 homes, multi-unit dwellings, and commercial spaces in the Chicagoland area. Client visions are realized and exceeded as Tinker & Chance establishes the right team, thinks outside the box, and consistently finds creative solutions to produce a superior product.
