This 14-unit mixed use gut-rehab by Reside and Newcastle Ltd features apartments with fully updated kitchens and bathrooms with condo-like finishes, including granite countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, new hardwood flooring and in unit laundry. The building maintains its unique and charming feel with high ceilings and a mix of new and original moldings. The existing boiler system was restored to maintain original radiator heat for the building. The storefront space was leased by Collectivo Coffee.
