Re-inventing the pizza shop

In the build-out of Felice’s Roman Style Pizza, we were able to guide the client in making decisions regarding the build-out of the space as it related to the City of Chicago’s health code requirements. The build-out included a dining area complete with seating for 30 as well as the entire kitchen prep area and employee office. This project was a success as it came in under budget and on time.

The Guesthouse Hotel Chicago

An innovative concept in a historic neighborhood

In the historic Andersonville neighborhood, this brick condo building turned luxury boutique hotel is in the historic Andersonville neighborhood, 1 mile from Lake Michigan's shore. The modern 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom suites feature granite kitchens, private balconies or patios with gas grills, and washer/dryers. Each unit is equipped with such high-tech amenities as flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. Some have gas fireplaces and soaking tubs. Penthouse suites have a private rooftop deck with skyline views.
